On fence post by forest track east of Ladyholt Park. On Hampshire-Surrey Border.
On a hazel bush that has grown at the junction of the Sussex border footpath and the track going uphill to the north towards Ditcham Park.
Forestry in the Ladyholt area has changed local appearance over the years as planted Spruce has grown up at a great height in some areas, and in other areas they have been recently felled leaving nurse beeches thin and exposed. The forestry does not diminish the variety of local flora, the fauna represented by quantities of young pheasants gathering at this local feeding point.
